Cheryl - Chandler, AZ
The only thing I struggle with is the time window you give us to be here for the tech. Four hours is four hours of valuable time for me, as well. I don't know that I want to race home to be here by 12 noon (& miss work), to sit here till 3pm when your tech shows up. Not sure what I'll do for the next appointment.

While the original service technician was unable to leave the job he was assigned before me, Hobaica phoned and notified that Thomas, another experienced technician was en-route to provide the service required. Thomas was friendly, courteous, and professional with a well stocked service van. Problem corrected in about an hour.
As always the men you send are gentlemen and by paying monthly it helps me budget

I did find that the blower delay was on for 240sec so I adjusted it to 90 sec. I did notice some oil stains in secondary pan. I check refrigerant

2005 #r22 split heat pump in attic and on roof. R22 pressures are low and compressor contactor switch is wearing out, there are also no condensate safeties in attic, could be added in spring or with new system. Recommended new system at this time due to possible r22 leak and overall age and condition.

Checked air filter and changed with customer supplied expandable filter, checked thermostat, coils, electrical, controls, safeties, airflow, temperature split, refrigerant pressures, motors and bearings, compressor and amperages, blew out condensate drain line with nitro and rinsed outdoor coil with water. System is operating normally and readi

run capacitor for blower motor is weak and out of tolerance reading 10.2 of rated 13.5 and should be replaced, this weak cap is causing extra strain on older system overall equipment of about 20 years is beyond typical life expectancy and uses #r22 that is being phased out because of environmental concerns.
