When scheduling your installation date, we will provide you with a window of our expected time of arrival. We will also call the evening before your scheduled appointment to confirm the time and date. We’ll always do our best to show up within the stated arrival window of time, but there may be an occasion when logistical issues prevent us from doing so.
We will provide you with an estimate of the time it will take for completion of your installation. However, every installation is unique and we will take the appropriate amount of time necessary to properly and safely complete your installation to our high standards of quality.
You are welcome to stay at home during the installation. However, the power to your system will be shut off, so your home may become a little uncomfortable depending on the time of year.
Our Installation Specialists will be making some noise from time to time. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
Final payment must be made upon completion of your installation in the agreed method of approved financing, credit card, check or cash.
