Getting your Home Ready for Your New HVAC System Install…
Congratulations and Thank You for choosing Hobaica Services for your heating and cooling needs. Please take a moment to go over the information below to help make sure your installation goes smoothly. At Hobaica Services, we place a high value on protecting your home. We hope that by going over this information in advance of your installation, we may be able to provide you with the most positive experience possible.
Preparing your home in advance:
Please have vehicles and other obstructions removed from the driveway.
Please have all doorways that we will need to access cleared of any obstructions.
We will typically need to access the area where the equipment will be located. Also, we will require a path to the electrical panel and access to any accessories, such as the thermostat, return grills, supply registers, and any other areas that you believe our Installation Specialists may need to get to.
If we need to go into the attic, we will require access to the attic hatch. If it is in a closet or other area with items stored below it, please have the area cleared out. If there are clothes below the hatch, please remove them or cover them so that they are protected from dust or debris.
As an additional safeguard, please relocate any delicate, valuable or breakable items that may be in any of the areas that we will be working in or traveling through so as to minimize any concerns or damage.
For the safety of your pets, we ask that you please confine them to an area that we will not need to access while we are working.
On the day of your installation appointment:
When scheduling your installation date, we will provide you with a window of our expected time of arrival. We will also call the evening before your scheduled appointment to confirm the time and date. We’ll always do our best to show up within the stated arrival window of time, but there may be an occasion when logistical issues prevent us from doing so.
We will provide you with an estimate of the time it will take for completion of your installation. However, every installation is unique and we will take the appropriate amount of time necessary to properly and safely complete your installation to our high standards of quality.
You are welcome to stay at home during the installation. However, the power to your system will be shut off, so your home may become a little uncomfortable depending on the time of year.
Our Installation Specialists will be making some noise from time to time. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
Final payment must be made upon completion of your installation in the agreed method of approved financing, credit card, check or cash.
Our primary goal is to provide you with a truly positive, memorable experience. We are fully committed in providing a reliable and safely operating system for your family and are happy to be here to support all of your future service needs.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation. If any questions should arise in advance of your installation day, do not hesitate to contact your Comfort Advisor or our office at (602) 633-9555.
