We've been Hobaica heat pump and maintenance customers since 1997. Just had a semiannual maintenance visit from Amer on our very new Lennox system installed last Fall. Amer was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. Excellent service, as usual, from Hobaica.Another maintenance today (3/21) done by Scott and Travis. Again, very thorough inspection. And pleasant to work with.

Gabriel and Angel were great installing my new AC system. They showed up early and were professional and efficient the entire time. A slight electrical issue came up early, and they quickly had an electrician come out so the project would not run late. They took the time out to answer my questions and explained the steps they were taking during the install. My entire experience with this company and Gabriel and Angel in particular was positive. I would definitely refer them to others!

Binh T checked everything very thoroughly: the AC unit and the electrical. He found a couple of outlets that were not GFI protected in the downstairs bathroom . So I am in the process of installing. Binh T did a great job servicing the AC unit.

Justin explained his work plan and was efficient, careful, and conscientious. He took me through the repair needs step by step. Once work was completed, he performed multiple quality checks to ensure all leaks were eliminated and hose bibs, washing machine hoses and water taps etc. were working properly. Very happy with his work. I "like a...Hobaica"...:)
