Our AC tech was Amer Khudher he was very professional. He spent an hour cleaning out our old AC unit and tried to get us the best deal. Amer spent over 3 hours diagnosing the problem that we are now waiting on a part for. Outstanding workmanship and professionalism from Amer Khudher, despite how hot the working conditions on a roof in the summer can be. I appreciate the compassion he showed my family and I! Great job Amer!

6/18/21 Danny came out to service my 2 A/C units. He was polite, courteous and thorough. So happy I have their maintenance program and catch small issues before potential big problems. Had to replace a capacitor which is not unusual and save me bigger headaches. Thanks Danny! I lika Hobaica!Had RL come out for my semi annual checkup of my system. He was on time, friendly and considerate of my home. Fortunately, I got a clean bill of health. I trust them to be honest and fair. What more could you ask for?

Travis did a fantastic job repairing our AC unit. He was able to get all of the parts required very quickly and had the repair done by the next day.

Finally had to replace the old water heater. Scott D. was out a few weeks prior to assess the heater. He was thorough and honest about the current condition of the system. I deferred the replacement until company left then immediately called Hobaicas back and had Scott replace the water heater. They were able to schedule me for the very next day and Scott had the job done quickly and cleanly. Pushing thru the AZ heat reamining courteous and professional all the way. Once again Hobaicas come to the rescue.Great service as always. Friendly, courteous and quick. Always great to deal with anybody for any reason at Hobaicas.

Huge THANK YOU to your company and to your service tech, Justin D! When I called, they were not sure they could get someone out the same day. Ethan called me back to let me know he was going to make it happen! After a long, hot day in 118 degree weather, Justin D arrived with a cheerful and positive demeanor. He went right to work and fixed our air! You would have never known he had been working in this heat all day! I felt like his first customer of the day! He was polite and professional and just gave us the best customer service! Hard to find these days! I just can't tell you how much I appreciate how kind he was. It was hot and stressful thinking about how to get the air fixed - Justin's bright smile and professionalism made it all ok! Thank you!
