Scott Dale was johnny-on-the-spot (weekend service!) and diligent in attempting to find a freak leak from the A/C return duct inside the house. It occurred during the strong monsoonal activity in Phoenix during the month of July and he diagnosed that it was probably condensation on the return duct in the attic from humidity that then ran down the duct to the return register in the house. No problems found. Great work and very professional service from Scott!

I called Hobaica when my wine cellar stopped cooling my wine. The technician, Binh, came out the very next day and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. A very specialized part was needed, but Binh was able to bypass it and get my wine cooling again.He came back a few days later to install the new part and now everything is back to normal. I didn’t mention it earlier, but I called several other companies before Hobaica. They either couldn’t come out on a timely basis or they didn’t have the expertise to repair a wine cellar. I would definitely call Hobaica again!

I have dealt with Hobaica for the last 2 years. They are friendly, professional, on time and do an excellent job. I just had a capacitor fail on my AC and Mat Sanzari was the tech who did the repair. He did a great job. Best of all the AC unit was still under warranty so there was no charge for the repair. All of the previous techs have been very nice, knowlegable, and able to solve my issues in a timely manner. Chase, the service manager, was very helpful in getting my most recent repair scheduled and the repair done quickly. I would recommend Hobaica to anyone.I had my end of 2 year (from date of purchase) service visit and Scott Dale was wonderful to work with. He was prompt, professional and his follow up was excellent. He inspected everything and said our A/C unit was operating beautifully. He explained to me the "no worry extended labor warranty" but did not pressure me to purchase the extended warranty. He was very honest and allowed us to decide if we wanted to extend the labor warranty for the next 10 years. We felt it made sense and wasn't cost prohibitive when spread out over the next 10 years and therefore we did extend the labor warranty. All of my dealings over the last two years with Hobaica Services have been great and I would use them again for sure. Scott Dale was great and treated us well on this last visit.B and M Bowen
