Eligibility & Entry Requirements
Please read the following rules carefully before entering the Hobaica Super Cool Spring A/C Giveaway. By submitting an entry, you agree to abide by all contest rules and requirements.
Important Dates
- Eligibility: Open to Arizona residents 18+. Employees of Hobaica and affiliates are not eligible.
- Entry Period: No purchase is necessary. Enter via the official Hobaica giveaway webpage or by mail at Hobaica Services 10636 N. Cave Creek Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85020. The contest entry period begins February 1, 2026, and ends April 15, 2026. One entry per household. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
- Service Area: The homeowner must reside within the Hobaica Services service territory (greater Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area).
- Equipment Age Requirement: The existing A/C system must be no less than 10 years of age to qualify for the grand prize.
- Verification: All HVAC systems that qualify as a winner or runner-up must be evaluated by our office, confirming model and serial numbers.
- Prize: Details and value listed on the giveaway page. Prize is non-transferable and may be substituted if needed. The prize is a new condenser and coil air conditioning system, fully installed, valued at $18,887. Must be installed in Hobaica service area at residential owner/occupied single family home. Prize cannot be combined with other promotions/discounts.
- Additional Costs: Any additional costs to upgrade ductwork or bring the installation up to current code standards will be at an additional charge to the homeowner.
- Runner-Up Prize: One runner-up will receive a $1,000 credit towards a new HVAC system installed by Hobaica Services. Appointment must be booked by May 31, 2026.
- Participation Credit: All entries will receive a $500 credit towards a new HVAC system installed by Hobaica Services. Appointment must be booked by May 31, 2026.
- Winner Selection: Winner chosen at random and notified by phone/email. If unreachable within 72 hours, an alternate may be selected.
- Permissions: Entrants allow use of name and city for winner announcements.
- Liability: Hobaica is not responsible for technical issues or entry errors.
- Privacy: By entering, participants consent to Hobaica's use of personal information for:
- Operating the Giveaway
- Required legal disclosures (including winner names)
- Internal compliance, auditing, and security needs
- By submitting your mobile phone number and email you are authorizing us (opting in) to send you informational and marketing related texts and emails. Message/data rates apply. Ability to unsubscribe at any time.
- Details are governed by Hobaica's privacy policies.
- Marketing Rights: The grand prize winner must allow Hobaica Services to market and use photographs for website and marketing purposes.
- This promotion is void where prohibited by law, and all entrants are bound by these official rules.
- Governing Law: Arizona.
