We were very impressed with the immediate response and installation of our new HVAC system. As alway, the staff was on time, friendly and knowledgeable from the time of purchase to the completed installation. Our units were installed in one day. The only thing I struggle with is the time window you give us to be here for the tech. Four hours is four hours of valuable time for me, as well. I don't know that I want to race home to be here by 12 noon (& miss work), to sit here till 3pm when your tech shows up. Not sure what I'll do for the next appointment.

System is operating now but has restricted indoor metering device and indoor coil temp is below freezing. Need return and replace indoor txv under nww, only $75 will be due at time of repair. Customer also approved 2 angle stops with flex hoses for garage laundry sink. All other plumbing and stops look ok and I gave free water leak audible alarm.
want to do the plumbing inspection this time, he reports he just upgraded most all plumbing and has no issues. I did give a free water leak audible alarm. Checked thermostat and wires for customer and he reports he is going to install his own WiFi stats. I looked behind stats and in attic and only has 5 wires ran and each stat, no extra wires as they are all used. Bruce reports he is going to run his own new thermostat wires And install the stats himself.

Recently went out on 12/1 for scheduled maintenance, customer is stating his outside unit is continously turning on out of nowhere then runs for a few mins than shuts off again for several minutes then starts back up. Chris said hes not sure why its turning on because his thermostat is telling him its the correct temperature, it shouldnt need to turn on. he seems pretty informed about his unit, he said it sure its not in defrost cycle. he also turned off his thermostat and unit is still turning on and off.

was explaining to me that when the unit is cooling she can smell heat and the unit blows warm air at the beginning and end of each cooling cycle. Like the furnace is on at the beginning and end. She said she can smell it every time. I went up to the attic and cycled the unit on and off of cooling cycles ten times and the furnace never came on. I did find that the blower delay was on for 240sec so I adjusted it to 90 sec. I did notice some oil stains in secondary pan. I check refrigerant
