Samuel was awesome…… knowledgeable, thorough, and very honest with his findings (which to my very pleasant surprise was that my system was in pretty good shape!)He fully explained everything and spent lots of time checking everything. 7 December 2023Alex and Connor showed up promptly today to perform seasonal maintence under my "No-worry Warranty." What a great investment that warranty has been! The gentlemen conducted themselves with all the efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy I expect of Hobaica. They set my thermostat to heat, replaced my air filter, and did a thorough job of inspection on my roof unit. They even replaced a capacitor that was near but not yet at replacement level. I'm running out of superlatives for this company! With associates of such calibre as Alex and Connor, Hobaica continues to earn my loyalty and my positive word-of-mouth.April 2023Samuel Scheetz is a new addition to Hobaica's crack team of expert technicians. He serviced my air conditioner today with all the professionalism, thoroughness, and courtesy I have come to expect from this exemplary company. Shyly, Mr. Scheetz asserted he was "no salesman;" nonetheless, after my detailed quizzing of him about my air conditioner and its expected lifespan, I agreed to take out a "No-worry Warranty." I don't buy warranties for anything, but Mr. Scheetz's modest expertise and informative explanation persuaded me. The company has set a dizzyingly high bar for itself over the years, and regularly surpasses itself. Trevor and Donovan carefully observed the shoe covering protocol, provided sage advice on the ideal type and replacement frequency for air filters, and gave me enormous peace-of-mind by answering my questions about my unit with detail and clarity. Messrs Hobaica, please consider bonuses for these delightful young men: if they are representative of your present and future teams, you will justly enjoy continued success and acclaim.
