We just had our AC go out and within a couple of hours it was back up and running! Travis came out and quickly assessed the situation and got right to work fixing the problem. We called Hobaica a month before our AC went out and I left a message with the front desk and then also a message via voicemail for the contact (Ronnie) that was provided to us. I also sent an email and a text. None of this was returned and then our AC actually stopped working and I had to reach out again since they did the repair 3 years ago. I received a call back and they said they would come out the next day 4-7PM. The person that came stated it was the fuse and had me sign documents, and then went outside to change it. While I was inside the home, and he was changing it, the power to my entire house went out. I went outside and asked what happened and he (Grayson) did not even know. So we had to restart the breaker, etc. After about 15 minutes, he came inside and stated that he made a mistake and tightened some loose wires and did not test before surging the electricity and it grounded the compressor and now no longer is just the fuse but either replace the compressor (again) after they had replaced it 3 years ago or the whole unit. We were advised we would get the quote for the compressor and new unit by next day.Next day rolls around and nothing yet... that I had to reach out asking for when we can see this as it is 100+ degrees in AZ. We received a quote of $6K+ for a compressor and Ronnie told my fiance that its best to get a new system at this point and that I lied at my call stating it was making funny noises when really the AC was out. To which my fiance stated that it was working and they never called us to have it looked at before it died.Their write up was not done well, they did not give us a good description of the issue and there was no detailed quote. So unprofessional.We reached out to 3 other AC companies that were absolutely amazing and gave detailed information on what should be done and they were all saying the same thing without seeing each others write ups and quotes.Do not use Hobaica. I would recommend AC by J or Precision Air.

Our A/C broke & they came out and fixed it right away, even on a Saturday. Sam Schectz, our tech, was super efficient and helpful! He answered all my questions and explained what had caused the unit to stop cooling. He replaced what was needed on the unit and got it up and running again pretty quickly. He went above and beyond trying to help with other issues and questions I had as well. Props to him and the company for using shoe covers, too! So nice not to worry about stained carpet or floors. I appreciate the attention to detail and care about the customer’s experience as well. They even left some little gifts for us. This company was really great and I would highly recommend them!
