They regularly check in with us regarding servicing and maintenance scheduling and are prompt and courteous whether by phone or in person. They always keep us informed on the services they have to offer and check in if we have forgotten to schedule. When his duties were complete he chatted about maintenance plans and even though we already have one with Hobaica, he gave us further information of that plan that we had not previously known about and are planning to use. Hobaica provided a prompt quote with a great price then backed it up with a courteous, professional installation. Rich and Angel did a fantastic job installing our new A/C unit. They took the time to explain what they were doing, operation details, and left the worksite cleaner than they found it.
Service Rep has been here before. He is always polite and professional. Explains what needs to be done and make suggestions, etc in a clear manner. He wants to please.
