They regularly check in with us regarding servicing and maintenance scheduling and are prompt and courteous whether by phone or in person. They always keep us informed on the services they have to offer and check in if we have forgotten to schedule. Ian politely introduced himself and then proceeded to do a complete and thorough inspection of ourAC/Heating unit. He was courteous and mindful of his surroundings. When his duties were complete he chatted about maintenance plans and even though we already have one with Hobaica, he gave us further information of that plan that we had not previously known about and are planning to use. Completed maintenance on 2 lennox split systems. Checked and tightened electrical connections and components. Checked indoor and outdoor coils and motors. Rinsed off outdoor coil. Flushed and tested both drain lines. Tested leak protection. Needed to rewire the second floor float switch. Checked temp drop and refrigersnt charge. Both air filters are new and clean. ALl readings are within manufacture specs. No reccomendations at this time. Left operational

Noticed both condensate drains where improper and vented before the trap and are both negative pressure drains. also neither system have any type of condensate safeties. Garage system I plugged the improper vent as it already has exhaust vent after trap. Airhandler in indoor closet should be redone to move vent after trap and should add condensate safety float switch to both systems.
