Sergio came to my home 🏠 today to install a new Trane A/C. His partner did not show up. He did the whole job himself. He is a gentleman, an efficient worker, great personality. He complete the job on time, and left my garage and home very clean and orderly. He is welcome to return to my home, anytime

River worked quickly to complete our service request. In addition to our service request, he ran tests, explained suggested maintenance, and provided a cost estimate for repairs.

Grayson Vu performed my furnace inspection and fixed a leaking drain pipe. He also flushed my water heater. Excellent job on both.

Restores my faith in the younger generation! Was polite, seemed very knowledgeable & competent and was very thorough. He even asked if there were any other problems with the AC and looked into the attic to see if we had a damper system and provided some advice on how to make the temperature in the house more consistent.

Grayson notified me when he expected to arrive and he was ON TIME! He was courteous and professional and communicated so I could understand the issue and the options of solution. I did not feel like I was overcharged nor taken advantage of. Highly recommend Grayson!

I've had a few companies out to check my A/C and all said that there wasn't a problem and the noise was 'normal'. When the vibration noise kept getting worse, I called Hobaica as I had heard good things about this company. Problem was found and item could be replaced but would cost more than the system was worth. I set up another appt to get an estimate of a new system since the A/C is an older unit.

Sergio and Eric did a great job, great customer service and great install on our new A/C unit. Sergio explained all the controls on the new thermostat. Thank you so much for coming out in the 116 degree temps and we love our new A/C unit.

River was sent out to give us a "2nd Opinion" on an old poorly cooling AC unit. Prior to this, we had been told (scammed?) by another company that we needed a new unit. ($12,000 !!!) River checked out the AC and suggested that it only needed more Freon. (Much less $$$.) He was especially diligent considering that Hobaica was offering Free 2nd Opinions during this time. That is, he could have rushed through his testing so as to get to his next job. But he didn't rush. He was pleasant to talk to (not condescending like the previous company) and patiently answered all my questions. He seemed very knowledgeable and demonstrated that he was willing to go the extra mile.

Knowledgeable and gave good guidance

Grayson came out to do preventative maintenance on my AC unit. He found a few problems that were addressed and pointed out a few things to keep it working as well as possible. Always had great experiences with this company and they do a great job be it AC or electrical or plumbing.

Came out when A/C unit went inop. Grayson was great to explain and get my unit started again on another 100+° day. He had another tech, Anthony, with him who was equally as professional. I will never call another company to service my HVAC unit or plumbing needs. I am a Hobaica Services guy forever.
