Chase is an excellent representative of your company. He is courteous, knowledgeable, helpful.
When our AC went out at three in the afternoon we thought we would not be able to get it repaired until the next day. Especially with an AC unit over 23 years old. Since the temperature was over 110F this would really be a problem. Hobaica was there within an hour! After explaining all the options and answering all questions, the service technician repaired the the problems. We now have time to make an informed decision about possible replacement. Thank you Hobaica.
