The only thing I struggle with is the time window you give us to be here for the tech. Four hours is four hours of valuable time for me, as well. I don't know that I want to race home to be here by 12 noon (& miss work), to sit here till 3pm when your tech shows up. Not sure what I'll do for the next appointment.

While the original service technician was unable to leave the job he was assigned before me, Hobaica phoned and notified that Thomas, another experienced technician was en-route to provide the service required. Thomas was friendly, courteous, and professional with a well stocked service van. Problem corrected in about an hour.

South bedroom system, Daikin serial number 2007045094. I found the thermostat reading communication error and system not functioning. I found the correct system in the attic with a bypassed blower limit switch and I verified the limit switch was failed and open. I replaced it with the OEM blower limit switch and verified the condensate safety is dry, then upon resetting outdoor equipment everything came back online operating properly.

In chandler Az, I completed a scheduled maintenance inspection for 2 split heat pump units. I inspected indoor temperature split, indoor airflow, indoor motor amp draw‘s, flushed drain pans and drain line, changed air filters, checked refrigerant charge, checked outdoor motors and capacitors. The Lennox condenser’s outdoor fan motor is right at its max amp draw of .50 A. This isn’t a huge concern yet but we will monitor the condition of this motor on next visit. Thank you!

In chandler Az. I completed an HVAC tune up on a Lennox split furnace system. I inspected the cooling functions today. I checked indoor temperatures and air flow, checked amp draw and inspected fan motors, flushed drain pan and drain line, checked refrigerant charge, capacitor and tightened electrical connections. This unit is operating properly at this time. No further action is needed. A faulty thermostat was found and replaced under warranty. A Honeywell T6.

In Chandler Arizona, I completed a scheduled heating maintenance on a Rheem split heat pump. I checked temperatures airflow amp draws of motors cleared and flushed drain pan and drain lines, checked capacitors, inspected coils and motors. Checked refrigerant charge. The out door fan motor was found to be drawing excessive amp at 1.15a of a max load of 1.0a. this motor has been over amping for a few inspections. We have just continued to monitor the motor. The unit is functioning at this time.

East AH Indoor Coil Warranty Replacement & East Condenser Sure Switch Compressor Contactor

In Chandler/Gilbert Arizona completed maintenance on Lennox split heat pump units, found East air handler presenting with a refrigerant leak, both units under parts warranty, left estimate for indoor coil replacement under warranty. The same unit’s condenser has a significantly worn compressor contactor, I left estimates for replacement options and I spoke to Ian About what I suggest as the optimal choice for the contactor.

Chandler Az, 2006 trane package heat pump winter inspection. Found the dual run capacitor for the compressor and outdoor fan to be weak and outside of manufacture tolerance. I reviewed benefits of keeping capacitors fresh as well as our options when it comes to durability and versatility of the capacitors that we offer. We went with our heavy duty TURBO200 (50uf/ 5uf) the unit is operating properly at this time.
