The three stars is not because of Scott, he was just fine once he got here. The three stars indicate an hour late of the four hour window and I was very disappointed that I needed a part. The whole system is only two years and three months old. I did comment on that to Scott.

Heat Pump Repair - replaced the dual capacitor with heavy duty turbo capacitor, I found the capacitor tested OK however it was leaking oil. I also perform QC inspection on two year old Daiken Packaged pump on the roof, equipment is installed and operating properly

In sun lakes, Az I completed an HVAC tune up inspection getting ready for summer. I checked the thermostat, indoor temperatures, indoor motors and indoor coil.check and flush drain line. Check refrigerant pressures, check amp draw of compressor and outdoor fan. Test capacitors. The compressors contactor has some carbon build up something to keep an eye on. I left an estimate in the event the part needs replacing
